The Spiritualist's National Union has Seven Principles, by which its members try to live their lives. these are:

1. The Fatherhood of God

2. The Brotherhood of man

3. Communion of spirits and the ministry of angels

4. The continuous existence of the human soul

5. Personal responsibility

6. Compensation and retribution hereafter for all the good and evil deeds done on earth

7. Eternal progress open to every human soul

WHO WE ARE..

Welcome to Bognor Spiritualist Centre website. We are situated at 7, Sudley Road.

The building was brought & paid for by the people of Bognor. It was opened on 12th March 1961 by the Great Spiritualist Healer Harry Edwards.

For many years we have offered comfort to those that are sick & suffering, either from Grief or illness. We follow rules & regulations of the Spiritualist National Union. We have become a beacon of all things spiritual within the area.

We have a Divine Service with Mediumship every Sunday at the Centre, 6.30pm - 7.45pm. On Tuesdays we have Spiritual Healing from 1.30pm - 4pm by Freewill Donation. All our Healers are SNU Accredited & fully insured.

Spiritualism is a Religion, a Philosophy and a Science. We believe in the power and love of God, that the Human Soul continues to exist after physical death, and we constantly aim to prove this, by the evidence from loved ones received through Mediumship.

ABOUT SPIRITUALISM

Spiritualism is an officially recognised religious movement with its own centres and ministers, who posses the same rights and privileges as other religions. It embodies the main ideas of all religions that there is a life after death, an immortality and the existence of god.

The difference between Spiritualism and other religions is the ability through mediumship to prove that man survives the grave. Mediums are highly sensitive people who have developed their natural psychic abilities to communicate with those who have passed over, thus providing conclusive evidence of the continued exsistence in another world. Mediums cannot just call up these people - they come to us, but only when they are ready, willing and able to do so.

The philosophy of Spiritualism is based on seven fundamental principles. Spiritualists are not atheists nor anti-Christian and our first principle recognises God as our father. We do not regard him as a nebulous person sitting on a throne, but an infinite power embodied in all that is good and beautiful in our world, the greatest factor in the universe and the controlling force of nature.
